Having worked with children from 0-12, and managed a variety of settings I have developed a wide knowledge of Childcare and Education. I am a Qualified Early Years Teacher, plus I am Paediatric First Aid Trained, Safeguarding Levels 1 & 2, and I have completed a large amount of Early Years Professional development courses. I am also an Early Years Trainer and I have spoken at conferences and Universities about Early Years Topics.
I have extensive leadership and management experience, and use these skills to ensure the staff team are all well trained, and motivated to work within the nursery. I look forward to building a strong team here at Evolution Childcare Shadsworth and will make sure that together we create a wonderful learning environment for the children.
